2. Bid Proposal & Review
We competitively and thoughtfully compose a package that will best service your requests and needs. Our bid may not look like our competitors because we have thought through your design first.
3. Contract Agreement
We get to work with you to provide solutions for your project, and you get better trusses and service than can be found anywhere else in the industry.
4. Design Review & Confirmation
We work with you to assure the truss solution best fits your project by helping you review design details, dimensions & specifications.
Getting it right on paper first helps get it right on the site.
The truss layout & profiles become a summary of your specifications & a clear communication of your truss solution, so that we can guarantee that your trusses are right.
5. Quality Control : Strong & Correct Design
Having confirmed the designs with you, we know we are working from the same sheet of music.
In order to guarantee that what you signed is what gets delivered to your site, we run the designs through a quality control checklist and double check that your designs meet all of your local building code and engineering requirements.
In this review we are carefully thinking through the project as a whole so that we can catch potential mistakes: brick affects overhangs, windows could affect facias, a safe in the master closet could affect floor loads. We are thinking about your construction project first so we know how to think about your trusses.
6. Quality Control : Precision and Speed
We have put years of research and practice into assuring that your trusses are built and delivered with accuracy and speed. We believe you can have your trusses on time and built right, because we do it every day (except Sunday).

Some of the tools we provide to help you include color coded layouts, mega 24x36 layouts, metal truss spacers and digital 3-D renderings.
